A website built for the enquiry — in the language your customers search in.

You get a fast, responsive Polish-language site with a clear call to action and analytics wired in. I run the project myself, from the first call to launch — in English, with no sales department and no handing you between account managers.

Why this matters

A translated site is readable. It is not findable.

Most companies entering Poland do the obvious thing: run the existing site through a translator and publish it. The page reads correctly — and then nothing happens. It carries the keywords of your home market, the trust signals of your home market, and a contact section that looks foreign to a Polish buyer. I build the Polish site the other way round: first the phrases your customers actually search, then the structure that answers them, then the design.

The result is a site that Google shows in Poland, loads instantly on a phone, and tells a Polish visitor within seconds what you do and how to reach you.

Scope

What every site includes

Standard regardless of package — no surcharges for things that should be obvious.

Under the hood

Technology chosen for the goal, not the other way round

There is no single "best" technology — only the right one for your project. Hence two paths:

Hand-coded site (HTML/CSS/JS)

Maximum speed, minimum maintenance

Written by hand, without a stack of plugins. It loads instantly, is resistant to the usual security holes and is cheap to keep running. The page you are reading right now is built exactly this way.

Best for: company sites without a blog or catalogue, where speed and reliability matter more than self-service editing. I make content changes for you.

WordPress + Kadence + ACF

Flexibility and independence

When you need a blog, a service catalogue or many pages you want to edit yourself, I build on WordPress with the lightweight Kadence theme and ACF fields. You get an admin panel — and it can run in English while the public site is in Polish.

Best for: companies with a blog, a catalogue, a broad offer and a need for frequent in-house changes.

Pricing

Defined scope, defined price

Prices are "from" — the final figure depends on the number of pages and features. You usually get a quote within 24 hours.

One Page

Your whole company on one well-structured page. Ideal for a market-entry test and for paid campaigns.

from 1799 PLN

Final price — no VAT added. Roughly €420, indicative.

  • One page with the key sections (offer, about, contact, CTA)
  • Polish copy written for search, with English back-translation
  • Responsive, fast-loading, SSL
  • On-page SEO optimisation
  • GDPR: consent banner + Consent Mode v2
  • Google Analytics 4 + Search Console
  • Location map and social media links
  • One year warranty

Invoicing from abroad: contracts and invoices are issued in PLN. For companies VAT-registered outside Poland, EU reverse charge applies, so you receive a net invoice. Need an online shop? I take e-commerce on selectively — write to me and we will either scope it or I will point you to a partner I trust.

How it works

From first call to launch — four steps

Typically 2–3 weeks from the moment content and materials arrive. Everything runs in English.

1

Call and quote

We agree the goal, the scope and the deadline. A free quote usually within 24 hours.

2

Design

I prepare the layout and design in line with your existing brand — logo, colours, tone. You approve the direction.

3

Build

I code or build the site, add the Polish copy with English back-translation, SEO, analytics and consent. You get it for testing.

4

Launch

I deploy to your domain, check everything and hand over. The one-year warranty starts.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I reuse my existing website and just add Polish?
Sometimes yes. If the current site is fast, responsive and technically sound, adding a properly localised Polish section is cheaper than starting over — and I will tell you so. If it is slow, built on an abandoned template or impossible to edit, a rebuild costs less than fighting it for two years. I look at your site before quoting and say plainly which case you are in.
Should the Polish version live on a .pl domain or a subfolder?
For most companies entering Poland, a subfolder on your existing domain (yourcompany.com/pl/) is the better start: it inherits the authority your domain already has. A separate .pl domain makes sense when the Polish operation is a distinct brand or entity, or when you want a completely separate business identity. Either way the technical setup is the same work — the decision is strategic, and I will walk you through it before we build.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from the moment you provide content and materials (logo, photos, source text or an outline). A simple one-pager can be faster; a larger site with a blog somewhat longer. The exact date is agreed at the quote stage, not after the fact.
Will I be able to update the content myself?
Depends on the technology. On WordPress you get an admin panel and can add posts and edit text yourself — and the interface can be set to English. On a hand-coded site I make the changes for you; that option suits sites that rarely change but must be as fast as possible.
What if I do not have Polish copy?
That is the normal situation. You send me the English source and I write the Polish — then give you an English back-translation of every section, so you can see exactly what your customers will read before it goes live. You are never approving text you cannot check.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
If something stops working within a year of launch for technical reasons on my side, I fix it at no extra cost. It does not cover new features or content changes ordered after handover — those are quoted separately.
