Local SEO · Poland

Your competitors are not better. They are just findable in Polish.

Polish customers decide on the first screen of Google — the map pack and the top few results. I get you onto that screen: research on real Polish search data, a Business Profile that wins the local pack, and a monthly report in English explaining exactly what moved.

The problem

Your competitors are not better. They are just findable in Polish.

A Polish customer with a problem does not browse. They open Google, type three or four words in Polish, and pick from what appears in the first screen — usually the map pack and the top handful of results. If your pages target English phrases, you are not competing for that screen at all. You are not losing to a better company; you are absent from the moment the decision is made.

Local SEO is the work of getting you onto that screen: the right Polish phrases, a Business Profile that earns the map pack, and a site that Google can read and trust.

Scope

What the monthly work covers

One person doing the work, one report explaining it — in English.

Polish keyword researchBuilt on Polish search data — including the inflected forms a translation would never surface.
Google Business ProfilePosts, categories, photos and Q&A kept current — the fastest-moving part of local visibility.
Monthly report in EnglishWhat changed, what it moved, what is next. No black-box 'SEO activities'.
On-page optimisationTitles, headings, internal links and structured data fixed on your actual pages.
Technical fixesSpeed, indexing, mobile issues — the problems that quietly cap everything else.
Competitor trackingWho is ahead of you in Poland, for which phrases, and what they are doing to stay there.
Local citationsYour name, address and phone consistent across the Polish directories Google cross-checks.
No lock-inMonth to month. SEO that only holds a client through a contract is not working.
Pricing

One rate, no hidden line items

The final figure depends on how competitive your industry and city are. You get a quote after I have looked at your market, not before.

Not sure it is worth it yet? Ask me for a look at your market first. I will tell you roughly how competitive your phrases are in Poland and whether SEO or paid ads is the faster route for you — even when the answer is the one that earns me less.

How it works

From audit to rankings — five steps

The first month is heavily front-loaded; from month two it settles into a rhythm.

1

Audit

I look at your current visibility in Poland, your site's technical state and who is beating you — and for which Polish phrases.

2

Keyword map

Polish phrases matched to pages, with search volumes. You see exactly what we are going after, translated for you.

3

Fixes

On-page and technical work on the existing site: titles, structure, speed, structured data, indexing.

4

Content and profile

Polish copy for the priority pages, plus ongoing Business Profile work — posts, photos, categories, reviews.

5

Report and iterate

A monthly report in English: what moved, what did not, what comes next. We adjust from there.

FAQ

Common questions

How long before I see results?
The Google Business Profile can move within weeks — it is the fastest lever there is. Organic rankings realistically take three to six months, because Google needs to see consistent signals over time. Anyone promising page one in a month is selling you something. I report monthly so you can see movement before the revenue shows up.
Why can I not just translate my English keywords?
Because Polish inflects. One English keyword becomes several Polish forms, each with different search volume, and Google treats them as different queries. On top of that, Poles often search using phrases that have no direct English equivalent. Keyword research has to be done on Polish search data, from scratch. This is the single most common reason a translated site gets no traffic.
Do I need a physical address in Poland?
For organic search, no. For the Google Business Profile, yes — you need either a verifiable Polish address or a defined service area. If you have neither yet, we start with organic search and content, and add the profile when you have a footprint. I will be straight with you about what is achievable without one.
What exactly do you do each month?
Keyword and competitor tracking, on-page fixes, content briefs and copy in Polish, Business Profile posts and updates, technical audits, local citations, and a written report in English explaining what changed and why. No black-box 'SEO activities' line item.
Is there a minimum contract?
No lock-in. I work month to month, because SEO that only holds a client through a contract is not working. That said, judging results before month three is not realistic — if you need a return inside four weeks, paid ads are the honest answer and I will tell you so.
